Our world is changing at an exponential rate! A big tidal wave of digital transformation and disruption is coming at us fast. Many organizations see this wave as a threat and experience stress, but there are also organizations that just see this wave as an opportunity.
Disruptive organizations act like surfers and know exactly where and when they need to jump on the wave of exponential technology to harness the power of the wave to make exponential speed.
I was very impressed by Christian, right from the first time we spoke by phone, subsequent dialogue, and final presentation. Christian was remarkably quick in understanding our needs and customizing his talk accordingly. The end result could not have been more on point, which was amazing considering how little time we had and how little he was briefed. I welcome further opportunities to work with Christian.

I have seen Christian 'perform' a couple of times now, among others at a club of ambitious and critical entrepreneurs and during the kick-off of our event marketing agency. The story of Christian is very clever! Handsome how he can draw a parallel between biological developments and technological developments and revolutions. Besides, his story is more than a lightning-fast succession of gadgets and technical gadgets, but it is particularly relevant to how our society and all sectors within it will develop. Absolutely a must for every organisation that wants to gain insight into how to respond to all technical innovations and disruptions that are going to take place. And very beautiful: the end of his speech in which Christian ends with the 'human touch' and 'purpose'.
Pieter Bas Boertje, D&B Eventmarketing
The nice thing about Christian's keynote is that it is not an abstract high over presentation, he shows through practical examples that the exponential growth of technological developments is no longer unavoidable. Christian honestly and sincerely shows the chances and positive aspects of all those developments. That is what he does in his very own human way. And that is a unique combination for a fascinating keynote.

Christian can help companies and people to take advantage of increasing technology and turn a threat into a challenge. Because every change offers endless opportunities.
Ad Nederlof, Founder & Chairman Vanad Group
Christian made a truly inspiring speech on innovation which generated a broader perspective for the law enforcement community in terms of novelty and exponential growth of changes introduced in our society.
Disruptive organizations think and act like surfers and know exactly where and when they need to jump on the wave of exponential technology to harness the power of the wave to make exponential speed. Christian challenges people and organizations to think and act like a surfer and thus helps to transform disruptive threats into disruptive opportunities. In 2011, Christian did a unique finding. During the search for his daughter's health Christian discovered a unique wave pattern in the development of cells and biological organisms. These seven wave patterns also form a blueprint for the disruptive technology trends that we see around us today; the patterns are even able to predict future technology trends. This gives organizations and companies more certainty in the future and thus a solid foundation in the formation of long-term visions and strategies.
I believe that more and more human needs can, and will, be fulfilled by the increasing use of technology. Each technological wave that’s automated or powered by technology helps us to better meet our needs on each and every level, and that in turn pushes humanity to a new level again. For example, when we don’t have to worry about fulfilling our basic human survival needs like food, shelter, water and sleep, we can focus on creating the next level of infrastructure that makes things more safe and comfortable. If eventually technology will help us fulfil all seven layers of our human needs, there will only be the top level of the pyramid to focus on – that means living a life of purpose. It gives me great optimism to think there is the chance of us becoming a society where personal growth, morality, fulfilment, purpose, self-knowledge, and placing the needs of others above self is where our human potential can take us.
Christian is a futurist and trendwatcher who speaks about the impact of exponential technologies like AI on organizations, people, and talents. Christian tailors his presentations to your audience's specific industries and needs.
Embracing the advancements of technology and AI can enhance our humanity. We can focus on developing our unique talents and skills by automating mundane tasks and freeing up our time. As humans, we can adapt and learn, allowing us to evolve and stay relevant in a rapidly changing world constantly.
Organizations will need to be more fluid, dynamic, and adaptable: the ability to change and adjust in response to new situations and environments. We are on the cusp of a new era of organizations, ones that are more fluid and agile and which behave like swarms we see in nature.
In the future, 3D printing and generative design will allow for products to be designed in a more decentralized manner, and production will take place closer to the customer and fully on-demand. 3D printing technology will also allow for more customization and personalization of products.
The agricultural industry is ripe for disruption. Robotics, AI, and IoT are all technologies that have the potential to radically transform the way we grow food. In combination with vertical farming, these technologies could increase the efficiency and quality of agricultural products.
A human-centered society is one that puts people first and where technology is used to unite and empower people. It is a society that values biological life and dignity above all else. It is a society that recognizes the importance of human relationships and works to strengthen them. In a human-centered society, all members of the community are valued and treated with respect.
The future of healthcare is here. New technologies like AI, IoT, big data, and smart sensors make it possible to become the CEO of your own health. Imagine that your phone can listen to your voice and AI algorithms can detect small nuances in the tone of your voice that indicate specific diseases.
