The Middle East and North Africa region (MENA) has been at the forefront of innovation and inspiration. The keynote sessions started with my presentation on the topic ‘The Humanification of the Workforce’, which explored how technology is radically disrupting and redefining the future of HR and changing the way we live and work. The Summit kicked off this day with a welcome address by Her Excellency Fareda Abdullah Mohammed Al Ali.  I’m proud she was present at my keynote.
